The Fate of OSHA’s Vaccine Mandate

On Nov. 5, OSHA issued an emergency temporary standard (ETS) requiring employers with more than 100 employees to implement COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing. Within days, the ETS was placed on temporary hold, pending judicial review.
