This seems to be sort of a news release regarding the LHSFNA launching their TWH initiatives. However, it also seems to miss the mark a bit as when it discusses TWH it mainly focuses on health promotion initiatives. However, still potentially a good resource with food for thought re: TWH in the construction industry.
