Product Demos

Synergist Product Demos are 30-minute sessions broadcast online webinar-style. The presentation should consist of a 20-minute product demonstration leaving 10 minutes for Q&A.

This is the perfect opportunity to launch a new product or promote current products you are looking to boost! Average registration is 100+.

• Each demo is hosted by an editor from AIHA.
• AIHA manages broadcast logistics and event registration.
• The webinar is listed on the Synergist Product Demos page of AIHA.org.
• AIHA provides pre- and post-event audience marketing and promotions with a dedicated registration email, in The Synergist Weekly, a post on the Catalyst Upcoming Events calendar, and (2) Twitter posts/week and (1) LinkedIn post/week within the 5-week period leading up to the webinar. AIHA staff will write posts and include an eye-catching graphic.
• All registration data (name, company, title, phone, address, e-mail), transcripts of live chat with participants, and webinar survey results provided within 48 hours of the live event
• Event reminder to registrants prior to the webinar.
• Archived event on AIHA.org for 12 months. See the current archive here.

Rates

• The one-time webinar sponsorship rate is $2,750

Format and Deadlines

The following materials are due 30 business days in advance of your webinar:

• High-resolution EPS file of your logo
• Website URL
• Speaker name, photo, e-mail address, and bio
• Theme/description not to exceed 50-words including product name and application
• Full presentation is due in .ppt or .pptx format

Production Notes

• The webinar should be informative and explore the uses and applications for one product due to time constraints.
• Content should be unique to AIHA
• Webinar sponsor agrees to allow AIHA the ability to post-webinar for up to 12 months on aiha.org

Available Synergist Product Demo Dates

All Synergist Product Demo webinars will take place at 2 pm Eastern Time on the third Tuesday of each month, except for May.
