- Tenure: 15 consecutive years of Full Membership.
- Nominations: Candidates may be nominated by an AIHA local section, special interest group, volunteer group, or peers.

Recognizes AIHA members in good standing with 15 years of continuous Full Membership and significant contributions in at least three areas below. The selection committee uses these calibrated rankings.
Education & Training (based on CV)

- 2 — Advanced degree or professional certification
- 3 — Advanced degree and professional certification
Professional IH Experience (based on CV)
- 0 — 15 years
- 1 — >15–20 years

Robert John Agnew

Robert Agnew has made lasting contributions to noise exposure, chemical risk, and occupational disease prevention. With 25+ years in industry and academia, he has authored influential research in JOEH and The Lancet Regional Health. His work on firearm impulse noise and firefighter PPE helped shape national safety standards. A dedicated AIHA volunteer, Robert has served as Chair of the Ethics Education Committee, a member of the Noise Committee, and Secretary of the Rocky Mountain Section.

Glenn Millner

Glenn Millner is an expert in chemical emergency response and toxicology. With 26 peer-reviewed papers and 64 book chapters, he’s a respected leader in real-time incident strategy and litigation support. He chaired AIHA’s ERPG Committee and supports emergency preparedness efforts.

Ju-Hyeong Park

Ju-Hyeong Park is internationally recognized for his research on indoor air quality and microbial exposures. He has published 66+ peer-reviewed papers and co-developed the NIOSH Dampness and Mold Assessment Tool. His work has advanced knowledge on mold and respiratory health. Since 2001, Ju-Hyeong has contributed to AIHA’s IEQ Committee and served as a technical reviewer and judge for AIHA Connect, helping shape science-based practice in occupational hygiene.

Hernando Rafael Perez
PhD, MPH, CIH, CSP, FAIHA

Hernando Perez has demonstrated scientific leadership through research, public service, and mentoring. With roles at DHS and advisory work for the National Academies and HUD, he has advanced occupational hygiene policy and practice. A long-time AIHA volunteer, he served 14 years on the Academic Accreditation Committee, leading efforts to update ABET criteria. Hernando’s commitment to education and professional development continues to shape the OEHS field.

Angel L. Plaza

He has contributed to national safety standards and translated core AIHA materials into Spanish. Nancy Wilk
HBSc, MHSc, CIH, FAIHA

Nancy Wilk has advanced worker well-being globally through her leadership in Total Worker Health®, ESG, and gender equity. With 37+ years in senior OH roles, she’s led policy development in mining and risk management. She has chaired AIHA’s Total Worker Health® group, contributed to numerous AIHA resources, and served as IOHA President, where she championed governance reform and global outreach.

Pamela R. D. Williams
MS, ScD, CIH, FAIHA

She has authored 38 publications and served in key academic and consulting roles, including advising the US EPA. Pamela has led AIHA’s Risk Committee and teaches widely on exposure and risk modeling.
